Operations Engineer

Your responsibilities include:

  • L1 support on incidents/requests raised by the monitoring systems, or reported by customers;
  • Escalate to L2 and L3 and above incidents/requests, to other teams;
  • Operate the different monitoring systems efficiently;
  • Perform routine procedures or off-hours scheduled tasks;
  • Troubleshoot networks and systems;
  • Manage multiple stakeholders in escalation processes, from different technological environments;
  • Ability to perform as shift leader.

You must have:

  • 12th degree (minimum) or University attendance;
  • Previous experience in similar functions;
  • Experience in multiple monitoring systems;
  • Computer skills on Windows, Unix/Linux and virtualization environments;
  • Knowledge of structured networks, TCP/IP;
  • 24/7 shift availability;
  • Experience and ability to manage multiple stakeholders in escalation processes;
  • Good Knowledge of English and Spanish.
