Operations Center Team Leader

Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for an Operations Center Team Leader to integrate Claranet Group, based in Lisboa.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Manages schedules and shifts according to the available resources and workload;
  • Communicate team goals and identify areas for new training or skills;
  • Coordinate team members issues according the Claranet quality and guideline compliance;
  • Analysis, validation and acceptance of new projects;
  • Manage implementation of the best practices in the team, and continuous improvement of work procedures;
  • Analysis and report control (KPI’s) of team performance to provide quality customer services.

You must have:

  • Team Leadership Experience;
  • Depth knowledge of enterprise class technologies;
  • Experience in monitoring IT services and enterprise class monitoring software;
  • Knowledge of systems, networks, and platforms administration;
  • Experience with large customer infrastructures;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
  • Able to work autonomously, identifying, and prioritising team workload;
  • Ability to work under pressure.
