Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for a Junior Service Desk Technician to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.
Your responsibilities include:
- L1 and L2 support on incidents/requests raised by our customer’s internal users;
- Escalate L3 and above incidents/requests, to other teams.
You must have:
- 12th degree (minimum) or University attendance;
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8hour shifts between 08AM and 08PM;
- Availability to work with a hybrid model (about 50% of time on our customer’s premises);
- Some knowledge on managing Active Directories and Office365;
- Ability to manage contacts from and to the supported users, providing a helpful and excellent experience.
