Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for a Field Support Centre Technician to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.
Your responsibilities include:
- Ensure support to our customers in our repair centre;
- Ensure the Installation and Maintenance of the Equipment (Desktop, Laptop and Servers Storage);
You must have:
- 12th grade certificate, Degree in Computer Science or similar;
- Minimum experience of 3 years as a Field Support Technician;
- Fluent in English;
- High sense of responsibility and autonomy;
- Lenovo and Dell Laptop and Desktop Certifications are valued;
- HP Certifications required:
- HPE Standard ProLiant and Blade Server Service and Solution Qualification;
- HPE Apollo Air Cooled Service and Solution Qualification;
- HPE Modular Storage Arrays (MSA) Service and Solution Qualification;
- HPE StoreEver MSL Tape Libraries and 1/8 Autoloader Service and Solution Qualification.
